About Cherry's Cherubs

Cherry's Cherubs is a child minder and babysitting service based in Ossett, West Yorkshire and run by me, mother of two, Carol Cherry. Here's a little bit of information about me:

I am a registered childminder who has been childminding for over seven years and I love every minute of it. I wouldn't change my job for the world! I have been happily married for more than 15 years and have two beautiful children, Bradley who is 15 and Paige who is 9. I love going going for walks with my family, swimming, family holidays and spending time with my very large extended family. Family is central to my life and I truly feel all my childminding children become part of our family.

My Experience
Having a large extended family and raising my own children has given me invaluable experience understanding children's needs and behaviours. This enables me to be understanding and patient at all times. As a professional childminder, I have run my own minding and babysitting service for over seven years. Last year I was awarded Child Minder of the Year runner up by Wakefield Council.

My Qualifications
I have successfully completed many child related courses including child development, children's behaviour, SENCO training, first aid, and food hygiene. I actively attend the latest training courses and refresher sessions as and when required to enable me to perform my duties to the highest possible standard.
